If you have a number of machines controlled from the same computer, you can make a copy of the software ICON and then rename them.
Then open the properties for one of the icon files (in this case "CNC 4.03 Turn")
Add the name of the settings file to the Target property. In this case, it is turn.ini. Click OK.
Now create the turn.ini file in the c:\cnc4.03 folder and click on the CNC 4.03 Turn icon to start the software. Then, update the settings to reflect the machine configuration.
