When after pressing reset, you can still not move the axes it is likely the Amp Enable signal has the wrong polarity.

Try inverting the Amp Enable signal in Setup 2/2

If you cannot move the axes and they do not move with the jog keys:

Try inverting the Step Pulse signal in Setup 2/2
